The trade fair is held every two years in Essen (Germany) and is considered the world's most important trade fair for the security industry.
At the last edition in 2022, more than 17,000 visitors from 36 different countries attended the fair and 383 companies exhibited.
As a leading trade fair, Security Essen brings together the security industry and showcases innovations and developments in the security sector. This year marks its 50th anniversary. What began in 1974 with 105 exhibitors and around 1,000 visitors has since developed into an international success story.
